Summer Salad
6 Ripe Tomatoes (Dip in boiling water for 1 minute then peel)

I Large Cucumber (peeled and cut into bite size pieces)

1 Green Pepper (cut into bite sized pieces)

3 to 6 green onions (thinly sliced)

1 tsp. salt

? tsp. pepper

? tsp. thyme or marjoram

? cup fresh chives, snipped

2/3 cup high quality oil?olive or canola

? cup vinegar (not white)

Mix

Chill at least 1 hour?longer is better

Serve
