Cheesy Hash Brown Potatoes
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 container sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 stick butter
Corn Flake crumbs
Mix first four ingredients. Place in 9x13 pan.
Melt butter and pour over potato mixture.
Sprinkle a thin layer of Corn Flake crumbs over the top of mixture.
Bake at 350 for about 1 hour (it won't hurt them to be in a little longer).
Enough cheesy hash brown potatoes for a large crowd! |
